    Meeting / Workshop / Annual Dinner fees:

    Cancellation policy: Cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date will be refunded in full minus the cost of any fees incurred by TNA-3. Cancellations or transfers received after this time will be refunded minus a $15 processing fee and the cost of any fees incurred by TNA-3. No refunds will be made after the program begins.

    Texas Nurses Association District 3 reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
